Report to Warehouse and fulfillment Director.
Accomplishes warehouse operations human resource objectives by recruiting,training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, communicating job expectations.
Achieves warehouse operations operational objectives by contributing warehouse operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans.
Meets warehouse operations financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget and initiating corrective actions.
Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes.
Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems; evaluating and recommending new equipment.
Develops warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout; implementing changes.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
Accomplishes warehouse operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

คุณสมบัติ

Male, Thai national, aged between 35 – 45 years
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply chain or any related field.
At least 8 years’ experience in warehouse and logistics management with a few years at management level.
Strong leadership and managerial skills to guide a team and also in dealing with others both inside & outside the company.
Experience in managing of IT or engineering equipment, or any similar inventory are preferable
Strong analytical skill, Good communication and Opened mindsets.
Good command of English.

Direct report to Sales Directors
Devises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.
Duty to map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Expansion, explore and provide new business opportunities and a new service for both newer and existing customers.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Coordinating internally with Business Development, Warehouse Planning and Operations team to design the solutions for both existing and new customers to ensure the best practice and serving as customer needed.
Coordinating with Finance team to prepare our quotation and proposal for customer.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services • Manage and take care the customers to achieve customer satisfaction

คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor Degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, Marketing or any related fields.
At least 5 years of experienced in AE, Sales or Business Development, preferable in Warehouse, Logistics , Supply Chain ecommerce or related business.
Strong interpersonal skill, Good coordination, Good Relation and Service Mind.
Good communication both Thai & English and Computer literacy.
Experience in Logistics Business Development, Warehousing & Fulfilment operation and transportation, preferable • Understanding in Business Nature of Electronics Device, Gadget, Appliance, and Engineering Equipment is a plus.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Report to Warehouse and Fulfillment Director.
Identify and take the lead on designing and implementing improvements procedure and process to ensure the betterment of productivity and cost effectiveness throughout the warehouse operations.
To identify the level of working capacity and daily staff required to align with the daily operation plan.
Coordinating internally with the sales and business development team to design the solutions for both existing and new customers.
Provide and monitoring a daily dashboard report of key KPI’s within the Warehouse Operation from end to end process .
Monitoring SLA for our customers and to ensure our performance to meet those services level as required.
To ensure customer’s complaint or any services issues are properly handled and solved .
Prepare and analysis on the monthly reporting of Warehouse operations.

Logistics Officer (6 days/week)
